Here in Dubai, Thursday nights are considered as inuman nights because Friday is our rest day here (Friday here is like Sunday in Pinas). Last Thursday was Ashlee’s baptismal. The reception was held in Ponderosa. It was a superb dinner!!! Eat & drink all you can ba naman eh! I have to admit sobrang dami kong nakain, hehe! It wasn’t obvious anyway because I’m stick thin. After that, we had our regular session of inuman. Smirnoff green apple and Red Horse (my absolute fave) completed our nights. Before we usually have life talks whenever we get tipsy. But last Thursday was different. Soundtrip ang ginawa namin. Kuya Garry started the acoustic night. His songs brought us to the memory lane. And yes, he was a good guitar player slash singer, talentado nga as you would call it. I got carried away with the jamming sessions and before I knew it, I was already playing the guitar. Tito Budz also played several songs. Majority in the flat that we are into can play the guitar. It is nice when people shared the same passion and in our case, it was passion for music. I slept at around 4 A.M.
I guess it adds to life when a person lived his life with passion, be it passion for music, the arts, sports, cooking, anything as long as you live life with passion. It shows how a person appreciates certain aspect of life and how determined he is to learn something new. I hope you guys also live your life with passion. You need not be an expert in the entire things that you do. Sometimes you just need to have the will and determination to do certain things. You may not be that good but when you add passion to it, everything seems to be perfect. Enjoy life guys!
