It was almost a year when I had a seminar for a real estate company. Most of the people are on their 40's or 50's so yeah I was a having a hard time forming a group. Good thing that I met Vanessa. She's a nursing student and she's really a sweetheart! I wasn't able to sell any condo unit for that matter but I was able to gain a friend in her and that alone is a gem that I can keep for life. We went out last week and we have a lot of catching up to do. We're planning our gimmick to watch a live band soon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
