HOOKED WITH COOK

I don't often watch the television and really I can't stand movies and tv series that last for more than 2 hours. But last week I found myself glued on the television. I was watching American Idol season marathon. I started watching at 7 P.M. and it was past 12 when I decided to sleep. The next morning at 8 am I was again in front of the tv watching the same program. Whew! I was addicted to David Cook. When I first heard his version of Mariah Carey's Always Be My Baby I was like "Who the hell revived that song?" But when I watched his performances I was amazed. And being Mariah Carey's #1 fan, I always feel that I can never appreciate singers (even if they are really good) who would sing her songs. But not until I heard Cook's version. Of course Mariah will always be the one for me, no doubt about it. I was just amazed with Cook. I'm glad he won the contest because he really deserves it.
